Red and Gold 6 × 4 Real Estate Just Listed Postcard
A two-sided 6 × 4 mailer: the house across the whole front with a red band over it, and a back laid out to the USPS card rules — the address half, the stamp block and the 4¾ × ⅝ in barcode clear zone drawn where nothing may print. 6 × 4 is the largest trim that still mails at the card price, so the size is a decision rather than a default. 0.125 in bleed on both sides.
No templates match that.

What you get when you open it
The template opens in the studio as a 2-page document at 6 × 4 in, with the trim, the bleed, the margins and the 300 DPI target already set. 21 elements are on it and every one is separate: 13 of them are live text you retype rather than artwork you work around, and 1 are photographs you can swap for your own.
The safe margin is 0.25 in top, 0.25 in bottom, 0.25 in left, 0.25 in right. Nothing you want to keep should cross it, and anything meant to run off the edge has to reach the bleed line 0.125 in outside the trim.

How printing works
Open any of these and it is already the right size. Bleed, margins and trim are set, and there is no watermark on anything you export — on any plan, ever.
