Blue and Flame 24 × 18 Church Service Times Yard Sign
A 24 × 18 in coroplast sign carrying three lines and nothing else, every one sized from a declared viewing distance by the sign trade’s cap-height rule rather than by how big it looks on screen. The bottom 1.5 in is left empty because that is grass and stake. Print on 4 mm corrugated plastic with VERTICAL flutes — the only orientation an H-stake accepts.

What you get when you open it
The template opens in the studio as a 1-page document at 24 × 18 in, with the trim, the margins and the 150 DPI target already set. 4 elements are on it and every one is separate: 3 of them are live text you retype rather than artwork you work around.
The safe margin is 1 in top, 1 in bottom, 1 in left, 1 in right. Nothing you want to keep should cross it.

How printing works
Open any of these and it is already the right size. Bleed, margins and trim are set, and there is no watermark on anything you export — on any plan, ever.
